Jarkko Peränen, Cantina Candialle
Intervju med Jarkko Peranen vinmakare på Cantina Candialle. Han äger vingården tillsammans med Josephin Cramer. Jarkko kommer ursprungligen från Finland och Josephin från Tyskland. De har drivit Candialle vingården sedan början av 2000-talet.
Vingården ligger i Toscana i hjärtat av Chianti Classico området, nära Panzano byn. Vingården omfattar sex hektar vinodlingar, främst Sangiovese men också en del Merlot, Syrah och Petit Verdot.
