Intervju med Jean Chanfreau, vinmakare och delägare i Chateau Fonréaud, Chateau Lestage i Listrac i Médoc, Bordeaux, och Chateau Caroline (den senare i Moulis), tillsammans med sin syster Caroline Chanfreau-Philippon. Slottet är en av dem som har klassificerats som Cru Bourgeois.

Han nämner också intressant faktum att när Médoc slotten klassificerades år 1855 fanns inga Cabernet Merlot eller druvor i Médoc.
Han kommenterar de tre årgångarna 2005 den perfekta vintage med perfekt balans 2006 vilket var en svalare årgång, och det kommer kanske behöver mer tid men potentiellt längre lever, och 2007 en sen årgång men med underbar höst ger mer fruktiga viner för tidigt att dricka.
