We were very excited when we happened to discovered that Sofia Ander had written about our book “Biodynamic, Organic, and Natural Winemaking, Sustainable Viticulture and Viniculture” in her article on the best wine books to read over the summer! To be precise, she wrote about the Swedish edition called Vinet och miljön.

Sophia Ander is a freelance wine writer who writes in several different media, including print and on-line. She has also trained as a sommelier at Vinkallans Drinks Education. It was on the site Din Vinguide (Your Wine Guide) that Sofia wrote about our book.

Here’s what Sofia wrote:

Biodynamic, Organic, and Natural Winemaking, Sustainable Viticulture and Viniculture – Britt Karlsson and Per Karlsson

Everything you need to know about organic, biodynamic and natural wine.

Interesting and informative reading, especially in view of today’s debate about natural wines etc. Drink what you like, but please have an eye on what it is and how it is produced.

We were thrilled to be in very illustrious company, such as: Jancis Robinson (Wine Grapes, together with José Vouillamoz and Julia Harding), and Oz Clarke’s new wine atlas.

Thank you Sofia! Glad to hear you liked the book.

You can read more about the book, that will soon be published in English here: Biodynamic, Organic, and Natural Winemaking, Sustainable Viticulture and Viniculture.

PS: We have just published a new book. This time it is about France and French wine: France the Wine Country, not yet available in English.

Biodynamic, organic and natural winemaking. Sustainable viticulture and viniculture.
