We have started a new experiment. We want to share more of all the beautiful, exciting, interesting things that we encounter on our wine tours. The best thing is of course to be on the tour, but the next best thing is to see pictures from what happens on the visits.
We have therefore started a project posting very short texts but with lots of pictures, directly (or almost directly) from the tours, in the travel blog. Simple. Fast. Inspiring.
We call it “Live, Dispatches from The Vineyards and Wine Regions”.
We will organize it a little better in the future, but for now you can find it on the home page of BKWineTours.com and on this page: Vineyard Dispatches.
Some examples, pictures and short texts:
- At Champagne Vaucelle in the Cote des Bar
- Clotilde Legrand in Saumur-Champigny, superb cabernet franc
- In the strange town of Tirau, south of Auckland, New Zealand
- At Podere Cresci on Waiheke Island, New Zealand
- Britt and Per in Montrachet, Burgundy
- Pioneer Nigel Greening on Felton Road, Central Otago, New Zealand
In other words, follow along among the vineyards this autumn with Vineyard Dispatches.
Next time it might be you who are there!
