Vi g\u00f6r en djupdykning i biodynamisk odling hos Domaine Duseigneur i Lirac. Vi bes\u00f6ker vackra och historiska Ch\u00e2teau La Nerthe i Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape och vi passar naturligtvis p\u00e5 att titta p\u00e5 ruinen av p\u00e5varnas sommarslott inne i byn.<\/p>\n<p>Vi bor i Avignon, p\u00e5 alldeles nybyggda 4-stj\u00e4rniga H\u00f4tel Novotel Centre Avignon och vi n\u00e5r alla sev\u00e4rdheter till fots, inklusive det pampiga p\u00e5vepalatset fr\u00e5n 1300-talet, p\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra minuter. Resan inkluderar \u00e4ven bes\u00f6k uppe i de pittoreska C\u00f4tes-du-Rh\u00f4ne-byarna vid Les Dentelles les Montmirail, gourmetlunch i Beaumes-de-Venise och ett instruktivt och v\u00e4lsmakade bes\u00f6k i chokladfabriken i Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape.
