Det  visar sig att vissa viner inneh\u00e5ller h\u00f6ga halter      av j\u00e4rn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r  j\u00e4rnhalten \u00f6verstiger 2 milligram per liter blir det en kemisk       reaktion med vissa fisk- och skaldjurssorter som g\u00f6r att fisken smakar  v\u00e4rre      \u2013 f\u00e5r en obehaglig fiskig smak. Forskarna tror att det kan  vara en reaktion      mellan j\u00e4rnet och vissa om\u00e4ttade fettsyror som  finns i fisken. Och eftersom      r\u00f6tt vin f\u00f6r det mesta inneh\u00e5ller mer  j\u00e4rn \u00e4n vita viner \u00e4r det framf\u00f6r allt      den kombinationen som inte  fungerar.<\/p>\n<p>Dock \u00e4r det inte alla r\u00f6da viner som      inneh\u00e5ller mycket  j\u00e4rn, och inte heller all fisk\/skaldjur som ger den h\u00e4r      reaktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Slutsats: det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r att pr\u00f6va, smaka och se om det fungerar.
