De kommer alla fr\u00e5n Andr\u00e9 Lurtons ving\u00e5rdar i Entre-deux-Mers och Pessac-L\u00e9ognan och vi hade tillf\u00e4lle att prova dem p\u00e5 egendomen i h\u00f6stas. Andr\u00e9 Lurton \u00e4r en stor producent av vita, torra Bordeaux-viner och n\u00e5got av en expert p\u00e5 druvan sauvignon blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lv bor han p\u00e5 Ch\u00e2teau Bonnet, ett slott i Entre-deux-Mers med \u00f6ver 200 hektar vinrankor. Vinet har j\u00e4st p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra \u00e5r gamla fat och har f\u00e5tt en fin fyllighet fr\u00e5n lagring p\u00e5 j\u00e4stf\u00e4llningen utan att f\u00f6rlora sauvignon blancs friska syra.<\/p>\n<p>Ytterligare en rekommendation \u00e4r Ch\u00e2teau de Rochemorin Blanc 2008 (nr 4128), f\u00f6r 149 kronor. 100% SB. Blommig och frisk n\u00e4sa med en diskret ekton. Bra l\u00e4ngd och fyllighet i munnen utan att k\u00e4nnas tungt.<\/p>\n<p>Till sist, Andr\u00e9 Lurtons flaggskepp, Ch\u00e2teau La Louvi\u00e8re. Ett fantastiskt vitt vin och just nu, om ni \u00e4r lite snabba, s\u00e5 kan ni f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 tre \u00e5rg\u00e5ngar: 2008 f\u00f6r 287 kr, 1993 och 1998, b\u00e5da 299 kr (b\u00f6rjar s\u00e4ljas 1 december).<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 gamla \u00e5rg\u00e5ngar och till detta pris \u00e4r de b\u00e5de 90-talsvinerna riktiga fynd. \u00c4ldre vita bordeaux kan vara uts\u00f6kt l\u00e4ckra!<\/p>\n<p>[box type=&#8221;info&#8221;]Ett bra s\u00e4tt att uppt\u00e4cka vad mycket goda vita bordeauxviner (och r\u00f6da!) som finns \u00e4r att <a title=\"resa till Bordeaux p\u00e5 en vinresa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwinevinresor.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">resa till Bordeaux p\u00e5 en vinresa<\/a>, t.ex. med BKWine.
