Det var flera saker som skulle firas, tyckte Monsieur Magrez. Hans Ch\u00e2teau Fombrauge i Saint Emilion hade precis blivit f\u00e5tt sin nya klassificering, Grand Cru Class\u00e9, och han hade bara ett par veckor tidigare k\u00f6pt ett nytt slott i Bordeaux (vilket i ordningen b\u00f6rjar bli sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_37456\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-37456\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-37456\" title=\"Bernard Magrez Stradivarius\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/violon3-3001.jpg\" alt=\"Bernard Magrez Stradivarius\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-37456\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bernard Magrez Stradivarius, photo: Bernard Magrez<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Slottet i fr\u00e5ga \u00e4r Clos Haut Peyraguey i Sauternes, klassad som Premier Grand Cru Class\u00e9 1855. Och d\u00e5 kommer vi till den tredje saken som skulle firas. Bernard Magrez \u00e4r nu den ende slotts\u00e4garen i Bordeaux som \u00e4ger fyra Grand Cru Class\u00e9 i fyra olika Bordeaux-appellationer. N\u00e5got som han var vara mycket stolt \u00f6ver. Slotten \u00e4r<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ch\u00e2teau Pape-Clement, Grand Cru Class\u00e9 de Graves<\/li>\n<li>Ch\u00e2teau la Tour Carnet, Grand Cru Class\u00e9 de M\u00e9doc 1855<\/li>\n<li>Ch\u00e2teau Fombrauge, Grand Cru Class\u00e9 de Saint Emilion<\/li>\n<li>Clos Haut Peyraguey, Premier Grand Cru Class\u00e9 de Sauternes 1855<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Allt detta firades med en fantastisk lunch tillagad av stj\u00e4rnkocken Eric Beaumard. Vi hade ocks\u00e5 gl\u00e4djen att f\u00e5 h\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra musikstycken framf\u00f6rda av violinisten Matthieu Arama, f\u00f6rste konsertm\u00e4stare p\u00e5 Operan i Bordeaux, p\u00e5 Ch\u00e2teau Fombrauges egen Stradivarius (ink\u00f6pt av Magrez f\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sedan). Mitt f\u00f6rsta m\u00f6te med en Stradivarius och det var mycket njutbart.
