Inte konstigt att Jan och Caryl Panman best\u00e4mde sig f\u00f6r att sl\u00e5 sig ner h\u00e4r, milj\u00f6n \u00e4r verkligen magnifik. I Limoux producerar man mycket vitt vin och Rives-Blanques koncentrerar sig helt p\u00e5 vita stilla viner och mousserande (och lite ros\u00e9) Blanquette de Limoux och Cr\u00e9mant de Limoux.
