Ving\u00e5rden heter Gulfi och ligger i regionen Ragusa p\u00e5 \u00f6stra Sicilien. Restaurangen ligger ovanp\u00e5 vink\u00e4llaren och ambitionsniv\u00e5n ligger h\u00f6gt. K\u00f6ket har anf\u00f6rtrotts Carmelo Floridia, en sicilianare som gjort sig ett namn som chef och med ett f\u00f6rflutet bl a p\u00e5 Four Seasons restaurang i Milano.<\/p>\n<p>Vi talar riktigt haute cuisine. alltid med lokala, superf\u00e4rska produkter, ofta fisk och skaldjur. Vi \u00e5t bl a tunna skivor av sv\u00e4rdfisk som var helt l\u00e4tt marinerade i olivolja och citronsaft, r\u00e4kor fr\u00e5n Porto Palo nere vid kusten, makrill med pur\u00e9e av gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor, spatola (en lokal fisk) f\u00e4rserad med f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, torkade tomater och schalottenl\u00f6k och serverad med friterade zucchiniblommor och en f\u00e4nk\u00e5lscr\u00e8me. Det gudomligt goda hemlagade br\u00f6det inte att f\u00f6rgl\u00f6mma och g\u00e5rdens egen olivolja, gjord p\u00e5 den sicilianska oliven Tanda Iblea.
