Den fr\u00e4mjar sociala kontakter och \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r viktig att f\u00f6ra vidare till nya generationer.<\/strong> Under m\u00e5ltidens g\u00e5ng ut\u00f6var personerna runt bordet \u201dkonsten att dricka och \u00e4ta gott\u201d. Man har trevligt tillsammans och det uppst\u00e5r en harmoni mellan m\u00e4nniskorna och naturens produkter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dFransm\u00e4nnens gastronomiska m\u00e5ltid\u201d ska f\u00f6lja en viss ordning. Den b\u00f6rjar med en <em>aperitif<\/em> och avslutas med en <em>digestif<\/em> (eller avec, s\u00e4ger man det p\u00e5 svenska fortfarande?).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4remellan m\u00e5ste det serveras minst fyra r\u00e4tter, allts\u00e5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt,<\/li>\n<li>en fisk- eller k\u00f6ttr\u00e4tt med gr\u00f6nsaker, d\u00e4refter<\/li>\n<li>ost och<\/li>\n<li>dessert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UNESCO n\u00e4mner \u00e4ven vikten av att <strong>kombinera maten med r\u00e4tt vin<\/strong> och att k\u00f6pa <strong>bra r\u00e5varor<\/strong>, helst lokala.<\/p>\n<p>Kanske n\u00e5gon nykterhetsivrare kan uppr\u00f6ras \u00f6ver att n\u00e5got som faktiskt uppmuntrar till att dricka vin och t o m sprit ska anses som ett kulturarv.
