Mycket som publiceras beskriver det p\u00e5 m\u00e4rkliga (och oinformerade) s\u00e4tt som t.ex. \u201dm\u00e5nkulter\u201d och liknande.<\/p>\n<p>I boken <a title=\"Ett vin blir till\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/sv\/vara-bocker\/ett-vin-blir-till\/om-boken\/\">ETT VIN BLIR TILL<\/a> beskriver vi i praktiska ordalag vad det egentligen handlar om: ekologisk odling av ett s\u00e4rskilt slag; preparationer som man anv\u00e4nder i ving\u00e5rden; komposter; och blandat med en sorts holistisk filosofi. (Fast m\u00e5nga vinodlare tar ganska l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 det d\u00e4r med filosofin.) Ibland \u00e4r det kombinerat med att man anv\u00e4nder en s\u00e5ningskalender, eller med att man tar h\u00e4nsyn till m\u00e5nfaserna i arbetet. Att ta h\u00e4nsyn till m\u00e5nens fas \u00e4r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt n\u00e5got som m\u00e5nga vinodlare g\u00f6r \u00e4ven om de inte \u00e4r biodynamiska.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan tro att det fungerar eller inte. Det intressanta i slut\u00e4ndan \u00e4r ju om vinet \u00e4r bra eller inte och onekligen \u00e4r det s\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga av de vinodlare som arbetar biodynamiskt g\u00f6r mycket bra viner: Domaine Huet, Domaine Kreydenweiss, Zind Humbrecht, Michel Chapoutier, Fattoria Poggerino, Domaine Matassa m.fl.
