Vi slogs av hur gr\u00f6na och friska vinrankorna s\u00e5g ut \u00f6verallt vi kom.<\/p><p>Pierre Bories, \u00e4gare och vinmakare p\u00e5 <strong>Ch\u00e2teau Ollieux Romanis<\/strong> i Corbi\u00e8res Boutenac intygade ocks\u00e5 att kvaliteten p\u00e5 \u00e5rets viner kommer att bli superb. V\u00e4rmen har h\u00f6jt alkoholen i hans viner i \u00e5r med en procent, allts\u00e5 inget dramatiskt. Han har ocks\u00e5 varit noga med att ha vinerna kortare tid p\u00e5 skalen.<\/p><p>Hos <strong>Domaine des Chim\u00e8res<\/strong> i Octon (Terrasses du Larzac) provade vi vin som fortfarande j\u00e4ste fr\u00e5n druvor som counoise, ribeyrenc, viognier, rolle och terret. Och det var ovanligt goda viner f\u00f6r att vara p\u00e5 det stadiet av j\u00e4sningen. Guilhem Dard\u00e9, vinmakaren, ber\u00e4ttade att vissa grenache har n\u00e5tt 16 % men det \u00e4r inget problem eftersom han sedan blandar med t.ex, syrah, som inte n\u00e5r samma h\u00f6ga
