Man ber\u00e4knar att vinproduktionen kommer att ligga p\u00e5 runt <strong>232 miljoner hektoliter<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r <strong>en \u00f6kning med 3 %<\/strong> j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med historiskt l\u00e5ga 2024 men 7 % under det fem\u00e5riga genomsnittet.<\/p><p>Av totalen producerar <strong>EU 140 miljoner hektoliter<\/strong> men volymen varierar mellan l\u00e4nderna. Frankrike och Spanien uppvisar mycket l\u00e5ga sk\u00f6rdar men Italien har \u00e5terh\u00e4mtat sig till n\u00e4stan normala niv\u00e5er och flera central- och syd\u00f6steuropeiska l\u00e4nder uppn\u00e5r resultat \u00f6ver genomsnittet. USA registrerar endast en delvis \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning fr\u00e5n 2024 \u00e5rs l\u00e5ga sk\u00f6rd.<\/p><p><strong>S\u00f6dra halvklotet<\/strong> med en produktion p\u00e5 <strong>49 miljoner hl<\/strong> har gjort en hygglig comeback efter 2024. B\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden i Sydafrika, Australien, Nya Zeeland och Brasilien har hj\u00e4lpt till att v\u00e4ga upp den stora nedg\u00e5ngen i Chile. \u00c4nd\u00e5 ligger produktionen fortfarande lite under snittet, mycket p\u00e5 grund av de fortsatta klimatutmaningarna.<\/p><p>Trots skillnaderna mellan regionerna ser den globala marknaden \u00e4nd\u00e5 ganska stabil ut: den begr\u00e4nsade produktions\u00f6kningen under 2025 v\u00e4ntas h\u00e5lla lagren i balans, samtidigt som konsumtionen minskar p\u00e5 mer etablerade marknader och os\u00e4kerheten kring
