Regionens druvsorter ligger dem varmt om hj\u00e4rtat. De visar bl.a. att cava-druvorna, s\u00e4rskilt parellada och macabeu, ger briljanta stilla viner. Den r\u00f6da trepat, unik f\u00f6r Conca de Barber\u00e0, anpassar sig bra till klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna. Den ger l\u00e4tta r\u00f6da viner med l\u00e5g alkoholhalt och mycket \u201ddrickbarhet\u201d, precis vad m\u00e5nga konsumenter letar efter idag. Dock en trepat kan ocks\u00e5 vara mer &#8221;seri\u00f6s&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Det \u00e4r en ganska liten region s\u00e5 antalet producenter \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsat. Den \u00e4r mest k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r sin ganska unika trepatdruva. \u201dConca\u201d ligger ungef\u00e4r en och en halv timmes bilresa v\u00e4ster om Barcelona, i provinsen Tarragona. Conca betyder &#8221;dalg\u00e5ng&#8221; eller helt enkelt &#8221;dal&#8221; vilket tr\u00e4ffande beskriver dess topografi. Denna region \u00e4r en blandning av medelhavs- och kontinentalt klimat, med ving\u00e5rdar p\u00e5 h\u00f6g h\u00f6jd (350-900 meter) vilket bidrar till vinernas fr\u00e4sch\u00f6r. Jordm\u00e5nen best\u00e5r huvudsakligen av kalksten och lera.<\/p><p>Signaturdruvan, trepat, producerar l\u00e4tta r\u00f6da viner och uppfriskande ros\u00e9viner med livfulla r\u00f6da fruktaromer. De odlar ocks\u00e5 m\u00e5nga andra r\u00f6da druvsorter som tempranillo och garnacha, och vita viner som macabeo och chardonnay. Men idag profilerar de sig alltmer med sin unika karakt\u00e4r i sina trepatviner. Det finns ett 30-tal producenter som tillverkar ett brett utbud av viner fr\u00e5n de 3 800 hektaren.<\/p><p>Gr\u00f6na druvor:<\/p><ul><li>Sumoll blanco,<\/li><li>parellada,<\/li><li>moscatel de grano menudo<\/li><li>macabeo,<\/li><li>garnacha blanca,<\/li><li>chenin blanc,<\/li><li>chardonnay<\/li><\/ul><p>Bl\u00e5 druvor:<\/p><ul><li>tempranillo,<\/li><li>syrah,<\/li><li>sumoll tinto,<\/li><li>pinot noir,<\/li><li>monastrell,<\/li><li>merlot,<\/li><li>garnacha negra,<\/li><li>el trepat,<\/li><li>cabernet sauvignon<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff467ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff467ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Det finns mycket optimism bland producenterna i Conca de Barber\u00e0. De tror p\u00e5 sina viner. Som Josep Almirall, exportchef p\u00e5 Cellers Domenys, s\u00e4ger: \u201dDet h\u00e4r \u00e4r en magisk plats; vi ligger h\u00f6gt \u00f6ver havet, vi har Medelhavet och stora temperaturskillnader mellan dag och natt.\u201d<\/p><p>De planerar stort f\u00f6r utveckling av vinturismen. Och bara det faktum att den sv\u00e5ra torkan som b\u00f6rjade 2021 \u00e4r \u00f6ver h\u00f6jer moralen. Carles Andreu och hans son Bernat \u00e4r medlemmar i den exklusiva f\u00f6reningen Elaborador Integral, som inneb\u00e4r att de sj\u00e4lva g\u00f6r hela produktionsprocessen fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan till slut. F\u00f6reningen har f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande 17 medlemmar.<\/p><p>Carles Andreu b\u00f6rjade producera cava 1991 och \u00e5r 2000 han b\u00f6rjade g\u00f6ra ocks\u00e5 stilla viner. Han studerade i Montpellier och \u00e5terv\u00e4nde till Conca i b\u00f6rjan av 1980-talet. Han arbetade d\u00e5 p\u00e5 familjens ving\u00e5rdar och som tekniker p\u00e5 det lokala kooperativet. H\u00e4r tr\u00e4ffade han en annan vinmakare och 1991 best\u00e4mde de sig f\u00f6r att starta en liten produktion av cava. Tio \u00e5r senare blev Carles en pionj\u00e4rproducent av stilla r\u00f6da viner gjorda p\u00e5 trepat, den unika druvsorten. Trepat var inte en prestigefylld druvsort p\u00e5 den tiden, ber\u00e4ttar Bernat.<\/p><p>\u201dV\u00e5r huvudprodukt nu \u00e4r cava och parellada, en av de klassiska cava-sorterna, \u00e4r v\u00e5r huvudsakliga druvsort i ving\u00e5rden\u201d, s\u00e4ger Bernat. De g\u00f6r 80 % cava och 20 % stilla viner, vilket \u00e4r ganska normalt f\u00f6r en producent i Conca de Barber\u00e0. Produktionen \u00e4r bara 3 500 flaskor\u201d, s\u00e4ger Bernat. Cavan degorgerades i november 2024. Vinet \u00e4r mycket rent, friskt och elegant med en kr\u00e4mig munk\u00e4nsla. (~32 euro)<\/p><p><strong>Parellada 2023 Conca de Barber\u00e0, Celler Carles Andreu<\/strong><\/p><p>Parellada som stilla vin kan vara magnifik, som h\u00e4r, med en suver\u00e4n munk\u00e4nsla och struktur. 6 m\u00e5nader p\u00e5 j\u00e4stf\u00e4llningen (i rostfri st\u00e5ltank) g\u00f6r susen. Parellada \u00e4r ofta l\u00e5g i alkohol, och denna ligger p\u00e5 12%.<\/p><p><strong>Trepat 2024 Dotze Arroves, Celler Carles Andreu<\/strong><\/p><p>Detta \u00e4r en Trepat i en l\u00e4tt, drickbar stil. \u00abVi tror att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en stil som kommer att bli popul\u00e4r\u00bb, s\u00e4ger Bernat. J\u00e4sning och n\u00e5gra m\u00e5naders lagring i rostfria st\u00e5ltankar. Druvorna \u00e4r fullmogna med en potentiell alkoholhalt p\u00e5 12 %. Det \u00e4r smakrikt, relativt mjukt men \u00e4nd\u00e5 l\u00e4skande, ganska l\u00e4tt i kroppen, med hallon och andra r\u00f6da b\u00e4r i aromerna.<\/p><p><strong>Trepat 2022, Celler Carles Andreu, Conca de Barber\u00e0<\/strong><\/p><p>Detta \u00e4r en fylligare stil av Trepat. Bernat g\u00f6r gr\u00f6n sk\u00f6rd f\u00f6r mer koncentration och sk\u00f6rdar sent i oktober n\u00e4r druvorna \u00e4r n\u00e4stan \u00f6vermogna (men vinet har fortfarande bara 12,5 % alkohol). H\u00e4rlig frukt av hallon, fyllig munk\u00e4nsla, bra friskhet. (16 euro)<\/p><p><strong>Trepat 2019, Celler Carles Andreu, Conca de Barber\u00e0<\/strong><\/p><p>Man kan definitivt lagra ett Trepat-vin i n\u00e5gra \u00e5r.
