Id\u00e9n \u00e4r framf\u00f6r allt att odling p\u00e5 h\u00f6g h\u00f6jd ger svalare klimat, vilket \u00e4r bra i en v\u00e4rld med allt h\u00f6gre v\u00e4rme, och att det ofta \u00e4r stora temperaturskillnader mellan natt och dag (vilket en del anser bra).<\/p><p>Tibet, Peru, Kina, Kanarie\u00f6arna\u2026 det finns flera pretendenter p\u00e5 \u201dh\u00f6gst\u201d. Ibland pratar man lite omotiverat om \u201dh\u00f6g h\u00f6jd\u201d, <strong>Chianti\/Toscana<\/strong> som knappt str\u00e4cker sig upp till 500 m.\u00f6.h., <strong>Savoie<\/strong>, som man l\u00e4tt tror har h\u00f6g h\u00f6jd eftersom det \u00e4r vid alpernas fot o.s.v.<\/p><p>Det land som nog kan g\u00f6ra anspr\u00e5k p\u00e5 mest h\u00f6gh\u00f6jdsving\u00e5rdar \u00e4r <strong>Argentina<\/strong>. Valle de Uco, p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 1000 m.<\/p><p>N\u00e4r man \u00e5ker \u00f6ver Anderna fr\u00e5n Mendoza till Chile passerar man den lilla staden Uspallata d\u00e4r man hittar Mendozas h\u00f6gsta ving\u00e5rd <strong>Estancia Uspallata<\/strong> p\u00e5 <strong>2000 m<\/strong>. Familjen Saud fr\u00e5n Buenos Aires har en ranch p\u00e5 40 000 hektar varav <strong>4 ha \u00e4r ving\u00e5rd<\/strong>, med <strong>pinot noir<\/strong> och <strong>malbec<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Vi provade f\u00f6r en tid sedan Estancia Uspallata Malbec 2018, som var utm\u00e4rkt god med m\u00f6rka b\u00e4r, fyllig, bra syra, mycket munk\u00e4nsla, lite syltiga men friska b\u00e4r. V\u00e4rt att prova om du kan f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 det.
