Under 2024 producerade man <strong>660 miljoner flaskor<\/strong> av Prosecco DOC, en <strong>\u00f6kning med 7 %<\/strong> j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Prosecco produceras i nord\u00f6stra Italien, i regionerna Veneto och Friuli-Venezia Giulia.<\/p><p>Druvarealen ligger p\u00e5 runt <strong>30 000 hektar<\/strong>, allts\u00e5 i det n\u00e4rmaste samma areal som Champagne som dock enbart producerar runt 300 miljoner flaskor \u00e5rligen, mindre \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av Prosecco. \u00c4ven den spanska cava-produktionen ligger l\u00e5ngt efter prosecco.<\/p><p><strong>Exporten<\/strong> st\u00e5r f\u00f6r n\u00e4stan 80 % av produktionen. USA \u00e4r den fr\u00e4msta exportmarknaden f\u00f6r Prosecco DOC och utg\u00f6r 23 % av den totala exporten i v\u00e4rde.<\/p><p>Hur mycket av all prosecco som hamnar i en <strong>aperol spritz<\/strong> \u00e4r om\u00f6jligt att s\u00e4ga men helt klart har drinken bidragit till proseccos stora framg\u00e5ngar.<\/p><p>En prosecco \u00e4r s\u00e4llan helt torr. Majoriteten av vinerna \u00e4r <strong>extra dry<\/strong>, vilket p\u00e5 bubbelspr\u00e5k betyder mellan 12 och 17 gram socker, det vill s\u00e4ga, ganska s\u00f6t (!).<\/p><p>Man undrar hur
