I <strong>C\u00f4te Chalonnaise<\/strong> och <strong>M\u00e2con<\/strong> hittar vi prisv\u00e4rda viner och byar som inte \u00e4r lika upphaussade som i C\u00f4te d\u2019Or. I M\u00e2con har nyligen tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 vitvins-AOP, <strong>Pouilly-Loch\u00e9<\/strong> och <strong>Pouilly-Vinzelles<\/strong>, tilldelats premier-cru ving\u00e5rdar.<\/p><p>INAO, det statliga organ som best\u00e4mmer \u00f6ver appellationerna, \u00e4r (med r\u00e4tta) sparsam med att dela ut premier cru (f\u00f6r att inte tala om grand cru). Det tar tid. F\u00f6r Loch\u00e9 och Vinzelles b\u00f6rjade det 2006 med bl.a. geologiska studier av jordm\u00e5nen.<\/p><p>Resultat blev att <strong>Pouilly-Loch\u00e9<\/strong> (totalt 32 ha) har f\u00e5tt en premier cru: <strong>Les M\u00fbres<\/strong> (7,09 ha).<\/p><p><strong>Pouilly-Vinzelles<\/strong> (totalt 52 ha) har f\u00e5tt tre: <strong>Les Longeays<\/strong> (7,50 ha), <strong>Cru Les P\u00e9taux<\/strong> (2,76 ha) och <strong>Les Quarts<\/strong> (12,45 ha).<\/p><p>Reglerna f\u00f6r dessa fyra premier cru-ving\u00e5rdar blir lite str\u00e4ngare. Avkastningen begr\u00e4nsas till 58 hl\/ha (ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r 62). Vinerna ska lagras lite l\u00e4ngre och f\u00e5r s\u00e4ljas f\u00f6rst fr\u00e5n den 15 juli \u00e5ret efter sk\u00f6rden. All kemisk ogr\u00e4sborttagning \u00e4r f\u00f6rbjuden och manuell sk\u00f6rd \u00e4r obligatorisk. Detta sistn\u00e4mnda \u00e4r lite originellt, speciellt f\u00f6r vita viner. I Chablis t.ex. sk\u00f6rdas en stor del av alla druvor med maskin.<\/p><p>Den st\u00f6rre grannen <strong>Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9<\/strong> p\u00e5 800 hektar fick premier cru-ving\u00e5rdar redan 2020.
