Det var <strong>1924<\/strong> som Rudolf Steiner, antroposofins grundare, h\u00f6ll sina ber\u00f6mda f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar f\u00f6r en grupp antroposofiska jordbrukare som oroade sig f\u00f6r att jorden skulle utarmas av den nya uppfinningen konstg\u00f6dning. <strong>Antroposofin<\/strong> \u00e4r en kontroversiell och sv\u00e5rbegriplig \u201dandlig\u201d l\u00e4ra och biodynamiskt jordbruk \u00e4r inte heller l\u00e4tt att begripa. Och den har sina belackare.<\/p><p>Men ett antal vinproducenter, bland dem vissa stora och k\u00e4nda, har tagit till sig Steiners metoder. (Det \u00e4r dock inte alls s\u00e5 att \u201dn\u00e4stan alla h\u00f6gklassiga producenter arbetar mer eller mindre biodynamiskt \u00e4ven om de inte \u00e4r certifierade\u201d, som man ibland h\u00f6r).<\/p><p>Biodynamisk vinodling \u00e4r popul\u00e4rare \u00e4n man skulle kunna tro med tanke p\u00e5 de ganska egendomliga tillredningarna som anv\u00e4nds i ving\u00e5rden. <strong>Demeter<\/strong>, med h\u00f6gs\u00e4te i Tyskland, \u00e4r det dominerande certifieringsorganet for biodynamiskt jordbruk och certifierar idag runt <strong>1500 vinproducenter<\/strong>
