OIV s\u00e4tter de tekniska och kvalitetsm\u00e4ssiga standarderna f\u00f6r st\u00f6rre delen av vinv\u00e4rlden och \u00e4r en viktig kanal f\u00f6r internationellt samarbete. Kongressen \u00e4r ett tillf\u00e4lle att presentera en del av den senaste forskningen.<\/p><p>Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett forum f\u00f6r (n\u00e4stan) alla vinproducerande l\u00e4nder att komma \u00f6verens om ramar, regler och standarder f\u00f6r vin. (Tyv\u00e4rr har USA valt att inte delta.)<\/p><p>Det var massor av mycket intressanta rapporter och forskning som presenterades under kongressen.<\/p><p><strong>BKWine Magazine<\/strong>, den enda n\u00e4rvarande svenska media, deltog i flera. Till exempel om sp\u00e5r av bek\u00e4mpningsmedel i vin, om vinturism och hur den \u00e4r olika i den nya v\u00e4rlden och den gamla v\u00e4rlden, om utvecklingen av det (franska) regelsystemet (AOC etc) och dess inverkan p\u00e5 vinkvaliteten, om viners mineralprofiler, om hur moderna regleringar och teknik har gjort vinet h\u00e4lsosammare, f\u00f6rdelar och nackdelar med geografiska beteckningar och mycket annat.<\/p><p>Vi hoppas kunna ge dig fler glimtar av dessa saker under de kommande
