Men vad som st\u00e4mmer \u00e4r att olika \u00e5ldersgrupper tycker om olika typer av vin.<\/p><p>Amerikanska Wine Market Council har gjort en studie och kan konstatera att r\u00f6da viner med mycket ek och str\u00e4va tanniner inte g\u00e5r hem hos den yngre generationen. Det \u00e4r snarare ros\u00e9, prosecco och l\u00e4tta vita viner som g\u00e4ller.<\/p><p>Av \u201d<strong>Gen Z<\/strong>\u201d (21\u201326 \u00e5r) tycker 33 % om <strong>torrt ros\u00e9vin<\/strong>, bland <strong>babyboomers<\/strong> (f\u00f6dda 1946 ti 1964) bara 10 %.<\/p><p>27 % av Gen Z gillar <strong>prosecco<\/strong> men bara 15 % av babyboomers.<\/p><p>Enbart 21 % av Gen Z gillar <strong>cabernet sauvignon<\/strong>, men 31 % av babyboomers.<\/p><p>Skillnaden \u00e4r lite mindre f\u00f6r <strong>pinot grigio<\/strong> (27 % respektive 20 %), och sauvignon blanc (22 % respektive 18 %)<\/p><p>Unders\u00f6kningen g\u00e4ller USA, men \u00e4r nog inte helt olik andra l\u00e4nder.<\/p><p>R\u00f6dvinskonsumtionen g\u00e5r ner och vitvinskonsumtionen g\u00e5r upp \u00f6verallt. L\u00e4tta, aromatiska druvsorter \u00e4r p\u00e5 modet, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, vermentino, alvarinho osv. De yngre i USA (liksom i andra l\u00e4nder) drar sig ju inte heller f\u00f6r att dricka vin i cocktails. <strong>Sangria<\/strong> och <strong>spritz <\/strong>\u00e4r popul\u00e4ra drycker p\u00e5 sommaren i USA.
