Alain Brumont \u00e4r personen som f\u00f6rvandlade Madiran fr\u00e5n en n\u00e5got slumrande och relativt ok\u00e4nd vinregion till en av de stora i vinv\u00e4rlden. BKWine Magazines reporter Anders \u00c5hl\u00e9n provade en serie av Brumonts viner.<\/strong><\/p><p>Alain Brumont \u00e4rvde 1979 egendomen Ch\u00e2teau Bouscass\u00e9, i den franska delen av Baskien. Hans dr\u00f6m och m\u00e5l var att g\u00f6ra viner p\u00e5 druvan tannat som kunde konkurrera med de b\u00e4sta fr\u00e5n Bordeaux. Och han lyckades. 1981 k\u00f6pte han den n\u00e4rliggande egendomen Ch\u00e2teau Montus. Styvsonen Antoine Veiry arbetade \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden med vinmakning innan han \u00e5terv\u00e4nde till Madiran och Brumont. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller de r\u00f6da \u00e4r Brumonts fokus p\u00e5 druvan tannat, \u00e4ven med inslag av cabernet sauvignon och cabernet franc. Elegant och mycket bra, mycket prisv\u00e4rt.<\/p><p>Mognad, och en lovande framtid, ett vin gjort f\u00f6r l\u00e5nglagring.<\/p><p><strong>Ch\u00e2teau Montus Blanc 2015<\/strong><\/p><p>Pris 425 kr, nr 7168001, best\u00e4llningssortiment<\/p><p>Druvor: petit courbu 85 %, petit manseng 15 %<\/p><p>H\u00e4r tar vi ytterligare n\u00e5gra steg upp i kvalitet. Elegans och sirlighet. Underbar mognad redan nu, men kan enligt Brumont utan problem ligga ytterligare 6 \u00e5r i k\u00e4llaren. V\u00e4ldigt mycket vin f\u00f6r pengarna, man f\u00f6rst\u00e5r storheten i Brumonts verk.<\/p><p>Till de vita vinerna serverades Cr\u00e8me Ninon med halstrad
