Idag \u00e4r den b\u00e5de f\u00e4rgstarkare och smakrikare. Klimatet i Alsace n\u00e4rmar sig det som var i Bourgogne f\u00f6r 20 \u00e5r sedan.<\/p><p>Riesling-druvorna 2023 blev s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 p\u00e5 grund av v\u00e4rmen att sk\u00f6rdeuttaget f\u00f6r vissa odlare inte blev mer 20 hl\/ha. Pinot noir d\u00e4remot klarade sig b\u00e4ttre och gav stora, tunga druvor med mycket druvsaft. Kanske blir mer pinot noir l\u00f6sningen f\u00f6r framtiden. Och l\u00f6sningar beh\u00f6vs i Alsace.<\/p><p>Alltf\u00f6r m\u00e5nga vinodlare dras med d\u00e5lig l\u00f6nsamhet p\u00e5 grund av l\u00e5ga sk\u00f6rdeuttag. Inkomsten per hektar \u00e4r f\u00f6r liten. Varje \u00e4r \u00e5r det 200 odlare som avslutar sin verksamhet.
