S\u00e5 det var extra roligt att se att ett av hans viner, Rocamadre Criolla, nu s\u00e4ljs p\u00e5 Systembolaget. Juanfa \u00e4r en mycket talangfull vinmakare och att vinet \u00e4r gjort p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 criolla-druvor g\u00f6r inte saken s\u00e4mre.<\/p><p>Criolla kallas de druvor i Sydamerika som togs dit av spanjorerna p\u00e5 1600-talet, som list\u00e1n negro, listan prieto, moscatel de alejandr\u00eda och pedro xim\u00e9nez. \u00c4ven de spontana korsningar som sedan skedde p\u00e5 plats mellan dessa druvor kallas criolla. Ursprungligen europeiska allts\u00e5 men de flesta n\u00e4stan bortgl\u00f6mda h\u00e4r. L\u00e4s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/sv\/tag\/criolla-sv\/\">mer om Criolla i artiklarna p\u00e5 BKWine Magazine<\/a>.<\/p><p>Rocamadre Criolla g\u00f6rs av criolla grande (en korsning) och criolla chica (som \u00e4ven kallas listan prieto, och pa\u00eds i Chile). Juanfa h\u00e5ller till i Paraje Altamira, en appellation i Valle de Uco, k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r sin speciella terroir med bl.a. mycket kalksten. Druvorna odlas p\u00e5 h\u00f6g h\u00f6jd med stora temperaturskillnader mellan dag och natt. Criolla-viner har tidigare s\u00e4llan exporterats men nu b\u00f6rjar konsumenter p\u00e5 exportmarknaderna mer och mer uppskatta druvornas friska, b\u00e4riga och saftiga stil.<\/p><p>Vi kontaktade Juanfa som naturligtvis \u00e4r j\u00e4tteglad att vara i Sverige. Han vill g\u00e4rna f\u00f6rmedla till v\u00e5ra l\u00e4sare att vinet \u00e4r l\u00e4ttdrucket men med b\u00e5de struktur och terroir-karakt\u00e4r.
