Det var n\u00e4mligen l\u00e4nge sedan sist. Runt den 11, 12 och 13 december sj\u00f6nk temperaturen till minus 8 grader och \u00e4nnu l\u00e4gre i flera av Tyskland vindistrikt. De vinb\u00f6nder som fortfarande hade druvklasar h\u00e4ngande tog naturligtvis chansen.<\/p><p>I Ahr var det 20 \u00e5r sedan man senast gjorde Eiswein. I Franken var sockerhalterna extremt h\u00f6ga och b\u00e5de silvaner och pinot nor plockades frusna. \u00c4ven Hessische Bergstrasse, Mosel, Pfalz, Rheingau, W\u00fcrttemberg, Sachsen och Saale-Unstrut lyckades g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder Eiswein.<\/p><p>Eiswein handlar alltid om sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder. I \u00e5r hade inte m\u00e5nga producenter l\u00e4mnat druvor h\u00e4ngande i sina ving\u00e5rdar.
