Med sina \u00f6ver 200 medlemmar \u00e4r den ocks\u00e5 den mest betydande i v\u00e4rlden f\u00f6r denna typ av viner. VinNatur har som m\u00e5l att g\u00f6ra naturviner utan defekter, n\u00e5got som inte \u00e4r alldeles sj\u00e4lvklart. Men man tar vetenskaplig expertis till hj\u00e4lp, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r arbetet i ving\u00e5rden och i k\u00e4llaren.<\/p><p>I ving\u00e5rden arbetar man naturligtvis utan syntetiska produkter men str\u00e4var efter att \u00e4ven klara sig med minimalt (eller t.o.m. utan) koppar. I vink\u00e4llaren till\u00e5ter man en liten tillsats med svaveldioxid (men m\u00e5nga av medlemmarna arbetar helt utan svavel) och en grov filtrering.<\/p><p>VinNaturs vinm\u00e4ssan i Venedig den 13\u201314 november drog en stor skara naturvinsintresserad allm\u00e4nhet. 60 VinNatur-medlemmar var p\u00e5 plats och presenterade sina viner.
