Om man helt enkelt \u00e4r nyfiken p\u00e5 vin och vill ha mer kunskap med en l\u00e4ttl\u00e4st kunskapsbok. Eller om man g\u00e5r p\u00e5 en organiserad vinkurs och beh\u00f6ver en modern vinkurslitteratur. \u201dVinets underbara v\u00e4rld\u201d inneh\u00e5ller det man beh\u00f6ver, den enda moderna och uppdaterade vinkursboken p\u00e5 svenska. Nu har den vunnit fyra priser i Gourmand Cookbook Awards: f\u00f6rsta pris (*2), andra pris och tredje pris.<\/strong><\/p><p>Vinets v\u00e4rld f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras mycket mer \u00e4n man tror. Det som g\u00e4llde f\u00f6r tio eller tjugo \u00e5r sedan st\u00e4mmer inte alltid l\u00e4ngre. Som exempel, f\u00f6r tjugo \u00e5r sedan fanns inget som hette \u201dekologiskt vin\u201d. Nu finns det, sedan 2012. VDQS st\u00e5r det om i m\u00e5nga b\u00f6cker som \u201den ink\u00f6rsport till AOC, appellation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e\u201d, men VDQS avskaffades 2009 i den stora vinreformen. Och idag heter det AOP, appellation d\u2019origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, och inte AOC. Detta och mycket annat har vi kl\u00e4mt in i v\u00e5r faktasp\u00e4ckade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/sv\/vara-bocker\/vinets-underbara-varld-fran-druva-till-bordet\/om-boken\/\">\u201cVinets underbara v\u00e4rld, fr\u00e5n druva till bord; vinodling, vinl\u00e4nder, vinprovning, vin &amp; mat\u201d<\/a>. Det var ett omfattande arbete. Det \u00e4r ett stort arbete att g\u00f6ra en bok som t\u00e4cker hela v\u00e4rlden och som dessutom har ambitionen att vara verkligen uppdaterad och faktakollad. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/sv\/vara-bocker\/\">Flera av v\u00e5ra tidigare b\u00f6cker har hedrats p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt<\/a>. Vi minns tydligt n\u00e4r vi f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen deltog i t\u00e4vlingen. Det var 2011 och prisceremonin var p\u00e5 den beryktade teatern Folies Berg\u00e8res i Paris. Till v\u00e5r stora f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning och gl\u00e4dje fick vi d\u00e5 komma upp p\u00e5 scenen och ta emot priset \u201dWorld\u2019s Best Wine Book for Professionals\u201d f\u00f6r v\u00e5r d\u00e5 nyligen utkomna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bkwine.com\/sv\/vara-bocker\/ett-vin-blir-till\/om-boken\/\">\u201dEtt vin blir till\u201d<\/a>, fortfarande den enda svenska boken som ber\u00e4ttar ing\u00e5ende om vinodling och vinproduktion.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookbookfair.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gourmand World Cookbook Awards<\/strong><\/a> grundades 1995 av Edouard Cointreau. Varje \u00e5r v\u00e4ljer de ut de b\u00e4sta mat- och vinb\u00f6ckerna. M\u00e5nga tusentals b\u00f6cker deltar i t\u00e4vlingen med representanter fr\u00e5n n\u00e4stan alla v\u00e4rldens l\u00e4nder.
