VinNatur \u00e4r en mycket ambiti\u00f6s f\u00f6rening som bedriver en omfattande forsknings- och utbildningsverksamhet i syfte att utbilda sina medlemmar i de b\u00e4sta metoderna f\u00f6r att framst\u00e4lla viner med inga eller f\u00e5 tillsatser och processhj\u00e4lpmedel. Och det handlar inte bara om vinifikationen utan ocks\u00e5 om hur man arbetet i ving\u00e5rden s\u00e5 milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p><p>170 vinmakare fr\u00e5n \u00e5tta olika l\u00e4nder (f\u00f6rutom fr\u00e5n Italien \u00e4ven fr\u00e5n Frankrike, Spanien, Grekland, \u00d6sterrike, Tyskland, Slovenien och Slovakien) kommer att vara n\u00e4rvarande under m\u00e4ssan i april.
