Middagen organiserades f\u00f6r sj\u00e4tte  g\u00e5ngen av bokf\u00f6rlaget Gl\u00e9nat, alltid under den stora bokm\u00e4ssan i Paris.  En av Gl\u00e9nats specialiteter \u00e4r b\u00f6cker av just k\u00e4nda kockar, s\u00e5 f\u00f6r denna  middag hade de bjudit in fem olika kockar som tillsammans hade sex  stycken stj\u00e4rnor i Michelinguiden, den s.k. R\u00f6da Guiden (guide Rouge).<\/p>\n<p>Det blev en mycket kreativ middag! Vad vi serverades var Franska k\u00f6kets  haute couture. Fascinerande, uts\u00f6kt, men, som ofta med haute couture,  kanske lite v\u00e4l komplicerat och ibland till och med m\u00e4rkligt.
