Soul har vuxit, steg f\u00f6r steg. Deras f\u00f6rsta ving\u00e5rd var Pintas, 1,5 hektar med gamla vinstockar. Men det \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 balanserat, v\u00e4ldoftande, med svarta vinb\u00e4r, lakrits, kryddor, en h\u00e4rlig struktur och en frisk syra. Ett superbt vin som kan drickas redan nu.
