En del av dessa b\u00f6cker kommer nu att visas p\u00e5 <strong>Alfred Nobel-mus\u00e9et i Karlskoga<\/strong>. Utst\u00e4llningen p\u00e5g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n den 3 september till den 9 november. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret st\u00e4llde Gourmand Awards ut p\u00e5 UNESCOs h\u00f6gkvarter i Paris.<\/p><p>En del av de utst\u00e4llda matb\u00f6ckerna ber\u00e4ttar om sp\u00e4nnande matkulturer runt om i v\u00e4rlden som dittills varit ok\u00e4nda f\u00f6r de flesta m\u00e4nniskor.<\/p><p>Sverige finns representerat med flera mat- och kokb\u00f6cker som visar den fantastiska utvecklingen av den svenska matkulturen. Edouard Cointreau p\u00e5 Gourmet Awards vill ocks\u00e5 g\u00e4rna sl\u00e5 ett slag f\u00f6r de utst\u00e4llda vin- och dryckesb\u00f6ckerna.
