Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 ekologiskt vin \u00f6kar i Frankrike och \u00e4ven i Bordeaux. Vinhandlarna i Bordeaux har sv\u00e5rt att hitta tillr\u00e4ckligt med ekologiska viner f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta efterfr\u00e5gan. Bernard Farges, ordf\u00f6rande i Bordeaux-odlarnas producentorganisation CIVB samt den nationella Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale des Vins AOC (CNAOC), har f\u00f6reslagit att eko-reglerna ska uppluckras lite f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare m\u00f6ta denna efterfr\u00e5gan. Han f\u00f6reslog att det skulle bli m\u00f6jligt att ha bara en del av sin egendom ekologiskt certifierad och ha resten med konventionell odling.<\/p>

Det kan man g\u00f6ra idag, men begr\u00e4nsat till en period av fem \u00e5r. Man kan allts\u00e5 b\u00f6rja sin tre\u00e5riga konvertering stegvis, p\u00e5 en del av sin areal. Men efter fem \u00e5r m\u00e5ste ovillkorligen hela ens egendom vara ekologiskt certifierad eller under konvertering.<\/p>

F\u00f6rslaget m\u00f6ttes av ramaskri fr\u00e5n flera ekologiska producenter som menar att konsumenterna skulle tappa f\u00f6rtroendet f\u00f6r den ekologiska odlingen. Dessutom \u00e4r ekologisk odling en filosofi, inte n\u00e5got man (enbart) g\u00f6r f\u00f6r ekonomisk vinning, menar de. Har de r\u00e4tt? \u00c4r det fusk att blanda ekologisk och konventionell odling inom en egendom?<\/p>
