Pinot gris anses vara en gr\u00f6n druva men den \u00e4r inte gr\u00f6n i skalet utan snarare rosa. Det h\u00e4r vinet f\u00e5r b\u00e5de f\u00e4rg och karakt\u00e4r av runt 8 dagars skalkontakt. Clairette \u00e4r en sydfransk druva som funnits l\u00e4nge i Stellenbosch men som nu n\u00e4stan har f\u00f6rsvunnit. Craven har det som kanske \u00e4r den enda clairette-ving\u00e5rden som finns kvar. Bara drygt 11 % alkohol men helt torrt.
