Den mat- och vinintresserade Italien-fantasten kan nu f\u00f6rkovra sig ytterligare genom att delta i vinprovningar och matlagningskurser p\u00e5 Eataly p\u00e5 Biblioteksgatan i Stockholm. Det \u00e4r \u00c5sa Johansson fr\u00e5n Florens som leder vinprovningarna.<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa \u00e4r en av Sveriges flitigaste vinskribenter om Italien med artiklar i t ex Allt om Vin, Allt om Mat, Expressen, DN, Aperitif och f\u00f6rst\u00e5s BKWine Magazine. \u00c5sa kommer \u00e5terigen upp till Stockholm i slutet av augusti.<\/p>\n

Den 28 augusti<\/strong> h\u00e5ller hon en provning av viner fr\u00e5n Sicilien p\u00e5 Eataly. Tiden \u00e4r 18.30 till 20.00 och provningen kommer att inneh\u00e5lla sex viner fr\u00e5n olika delar av Sicilien.<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa kommer att f\u00f6rmedla massvis med kunskap som hon har samlat p\u00e5 sig under sina m\u00e5nga resor till den vackra \u00f6n.
