Det betyder att hela 5,6 % av vinarealen i Alsace \u00e4r biodynamiskt odlad vilket \u00e4r rekord i Europa. Runt 70 odlare \u00e4r certifierade antingen hos den internationella f\u00f6reningen Demeter eller hos franska Biodyvin. Alla \u00e4r dessutom ekologiskt certifierade, vilket \u00e4r ett krav hos b\u00e5de Demeter och Biodyvin.<\/p>\n<p>2550 hektar \u00e4r certifierade ekologiskt, vilket \u00e4r hela 16,5 % av Alsace-arealen, \u00e4ven det en h\u00f6g siffra j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med de flesta andra vinregioner i Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns mycket positivt i den biodynamiska odlingsformen (och en del underligt), inte minst det faktum att de anv\u00e4nder mindre besprutning med koppar \u00e4n de flesta ekologiska odlare.
