S\u00e5 upplevde vi i alla fall det p\u00e5 v\u00e5r nyligen avslutade Alsace-resa. Och det k\u00e4nns mycket positivt. I smaken \u00f6ppnar vinet upp sig och man k\u00e4nner honung, bivax, ibland lite r\u00f6kighet och tobak. Det \u00e4r verkligt karakt\u00e4rsfulla viner.
