Bijou \u00e4r inte f\u00f6r intet vald till \u00c5rets pizzeria 2017 av italienska Gambero Rosso. Gennaro \u00e4r expert p\u00e5 j\u00e4sningar, han g\u00f6r en med champagne (!) och \u00e4r fanatisk vad det g\u00e4ller kvalit\u00e9n p\u00e5 r\u00e5varor. Restaurangens meny \u00e4ndras varje m\u00e5nad, och ingen <em>take-away<\/em> \u00e4ven om du ber p\u00e5 dina bara kn\u00e4n. Jag lyckades f\u00e5 en kort pratstund med Gennaro n\u00e4r han kom till Florens f\u00f6r ett g\u00e4stspel tillsammans med Savini Tartufi, som s\u00e4ljer tryffel \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan du kortfattat beskriva dina tv\u00e5 restauranger i Paris, Bijou och Popine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Popine \u00e4r en pizzeria d\u00e4r du kan \u00e4ta den klassiska napolitanska pizzan, p\u00e5 Bijou ville jag skapa en milj\u00f6 d\u00e4r jag kan uttrycka min kreativitet och d\u00e4r jag ger g\u00e4sterna en mer gastronomisk upplevelse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 ditt visitkort st\u00e5r det b\u00e5de kock och pizzabagare.
