Man hade tidigare t.ex. planer p\u00e5 att ha en h\u00f6gsta kategori som man ville kalla \u201dgrand cru\u201d. Det fick man dock sm\u00e4ll p\u00e5 fingrarna p\u00e5 av INAO. Grand cru f\u00e5r de inte anv\u00e4nda. N\u00e4r jag var i Languedoc p\u00e5 deras \u00e5rliga prim\u00f6rprovning nyligen presenterade man den nya planen, en indelning i tre niv\u00e5er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En regional appellation, dvs Languedoc, som basniv\u00e5<\/li>\n<li>En kategori \u201dgrand vin\u201d, f\u00f6r olika distrikten inom Languedoc, t.ex. Corbi\u00e8res och Minervois.<\/li>\n<li>En h\u00f6gsta kategori som man kallar \u201dcru\u201d (utan \u201dgrand\u201d!) med underomr\u00e5den av underomr\u00e5deana, t.ex. La Livini\u00e8re inom Minervois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Man har \u00e4ven planer p\u00e5 en hel uppsj\u00f6 av nya appellationer, hela 36 nya AOP \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r mycket kritiska till denna fragmentering. Det \u00e4r o\u00e4ndligt mycket viktigare med hur duktig producenten \u00e4r \u00e4n om det r\u00e5kar vara en \u201dgrand vin\u201d eller \u201dcru\u201d. Detta \u00e4r uppenbart f\u00f6r alla som provar igenom de flera hundratals viner som presenterades. Hela systemet verkar som gjort f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rvilla konsumenterna, i synnerhet som det s\u00e4kerligen inte kommer att vara obligatoriskt att med stora bokst\u00e4ver skriva \u201dLanguedoc\u201d p\u00e5 alla flaskor.
