De kan vara odrickbara, knappt drickbara och de kan vara extremt goda. Som naturvinerna fr\u00e5n Domaine Tribouley, som drivs av talangfulle Jean-Louis Tribouley. Han skapade sin egendom i Roussillon, i en liten by som heter Latour de France, 2002.<\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r s\u00f6dra Frankrike, vi \u00e4r inte l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n den spanska gr\u00e4nsen. Somrarna \u00e4r heta, men Jean-Louis lyckas f\u00e5 en mycket bra friskhet i sina viner. Detta \u00e4r delvis tack vare hans gamla vinstockar. Med sina l\u00e5nga r\u00f6tter kan de hitta vatten \u00e4ven under de torra och varma sommarm\u00e5naderna. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 delvis tack vare det s\u00e4tt han arbetar i k\u00e4llaren. Han \u00e4r mycket noga med att inte extrahera f\u00f6r mycket tannin fr\u00e5n skalen och han h\u00e5ller ett \u00f6ga p\u00e5 j\u00e4sningstemperaturen. F\u00f6r varm j\u00e4sning kan inneb\u00e4ra tunga viner och han \u00e4r mer ute efter elegans och finess. Jean-Louis l\u00e5ter vinerna j\u00e4sa med den naturliga j\u00e4sten och han anv\u00e4nder ingen eller mycket lite svavel. Han klarar eller filtrerar heller inte vinerna. Druvorna \u00e4r carignan, grenache, syrah och lite macabeu f\u00f6r det vita vinet. En stor andel av vinstockarna \u00e4r gamla vilket ger extra komplexitet till vinerna.<\/p>\n<p>Vi smakade nyligen tre uts\u00f6kta viner fr\u00e5n Domaine Tribouley:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domaine Jean Louis Tribouley Mani 2014, C\u00f4tes du Roussillon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4ttdrucket men \u00e4nd\u00e5 ganska fylligt. Fantastisk friskhet. Aromerna drar mot m\u00f6rka b\u00e4r. Fin balans. Ett vin man vill ha mer av. Det finns en antydan till flyktiga syror, ganska vanligt i naturliga viner, men det st\u00f6r inte balansen. Mycket uppfriskande, l\u00e4tt i kroppen men med komplexitet och l\u00e4ngd. Det var en riktig arbetsh\u00e4st p\u00e5 den tiden d\u00e5 Languedoc-Roussillon mest gjorde enkelt bordsvin. Det var fram till 1980-talet. Carignan var n\u00e4stan p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till utrotning. Men d\u00e5 ins\u00e5g en ny generation av vinodlare d\u00e4rnere att carignan faktiskt \u00e4r en mycket intressant kvalitetsdruva om man bara ger den r\u00e4tt behandling. Som h\u00e4r. Den ger oss viner som har en tydlig s\u00f6dra Frankrike-k\u00e4nsla.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker om etiketterna ocks\u00e5.
