Prelude inneh\u00e5ller 100 % <i>torulaspora delbruecki<\/i>, en \u201dvildj\u00e4st\u201d som finns naturligt i musten.<\/p>\n<p>Chr. Hansen kan ocks\u00e5 erbjuda j\u00e4stsorter som producerar l\u00e4gre alkoholhalt, mj\u00f6lkbakterier f\u00f6r att snabbt f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng den malolaktiska j\u00e4sningen och mycket annat f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta en vinmakares vardag.
