Det absolut vanligast \u00e4r <i>ros\u00e9 d\u2019assemblage<\/i>. Det betyder att man tills\u00e4tter lite r\u00f6tt vin till det vita vinet innan buteljeringen. L\u00e5ngt d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n!<\/p>\n<p>Bevis p\u00e5 detta fick vi h\u00e4romdagen n\u00e4r vi provade tv\u00e5 ros\u00e9champagner gjorda med bland-metoden och med helt olika f\u00e4rger.<\/p>\n<p><b>Champagne Maxime Toubart Ros\u00e9 Brut<\/b>: Mycket ljus i f\u00e4rgen med finst\u00e4mda aromer. K\u00e4nns i sj\u00e4lva verket ganska lite som en ros\u00e9 och mer som en vit champagne. Men f\u00e4rgen \u00e4r vacker. Mycket torr och krispig och bara antydan till r\u00f6da b\u00e4r. Mycket god.<\/p>\n<p><b>Champagne Thevenet Delouvin Carte Ros\u00e9e<\/b>: Kraftig f\u00e4rg och doft och smak av r\u00f6da b\u00e4r, speciellt jordgubbe. Fin och mjuk mousse.
