Cr\u00e9mant de Savoie \u00e4r en alldeles ny cr\u00e9mant, allts\u00e5 ett mousserande vin. Cr\u00e9mant-familjen omfattar nu 8 stycken distrikt. F\u00f6rutom nya Cr\u00e9mant de Savoie s\u00e5 har vi Alsace, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Die, Jura, Limoux och Loire.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9mant de Savoie kommer, i alla fall till en b\u00f6rjan, att ha en liten produktion om 300 000 flaskor om \u00e5ret. En droppe i havet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med t ex Cr\u00e9mant d\u2019Alsace med sina 30 miljoner flaskor.<\/p>\n

Druvorna f\u00f6r Cr\u00e9mant de Savoie m\u00e5ste till 60 % vara de tv\u00e5 lokala, altesse och jacqu\u00e8re. Som f\u00f6r alla cr\u00e9mant g\u00f6rs vinet med en andra j\u00e4sning i flaskan och m\u00e5ste lagras 12 m\u00e5nader innan det f\u00e5r s\u00e4ljas.<\/p>\n

Stors\u00e4ljarna bland cr\u00e9mant-vinerna \u00e4r Cr\u00e9mant d\u2019Alsace, med en f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av 30 miljoner flaskor och Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne med 17 miljoner flaskor. B\u00e5da vinerna s\u00e4ljs mest p\u00e5 hemmamarknaden, exporten \u00e4r bara 18 respektive 26 %.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9mant-vinerna har \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge inte blivit n\u00e5gra exportsucc\u00e9er men Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne \u00e4r p\u00e5 god v\u00e4g tack vare stora akt\u00f6rer som Cave de Lugny i M\u00e2con och Domaine Boisset med sitt v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda m\u00e4rke Louis Bouillot.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9mant de Loire, med en produktion av 10 miljoner flaskor, exporterar faktiskt 50 % av produktionen. Mer om cremants.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Det finns tyv\u00e4rr inte ett enda vin fr\u00e5n Savoie, inte ens ett stilla vin, p\u00e5 Systembolaget. Det \u00e4r ett litet men sp\u00e4nnande vindistrikt d\u00e4r man mest g\u00f6r vita, strama och eleganta viner.<\/em><\/p>\n
