Detta var i stort sett ingen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring sedan 2012. Dock har det blivit n\u00e4stan 11 % dyrare att k\u00f6pa mark i Cognac. Men trots det s\u00e5 f\u00e5r \u00e4nd\u00e5 en hektar f\u00f6r \u201dbara\u201d 39 000 euro\/ha i snitt. Ving\u00e5rdar utan AOP kostar i snitt <strong>12 100 euro\/ha<\/strong>, en \u00f6kning med 1,7 %.<\/p>\n<p>SAFER \u00e4r ett bolag som \u00e4r underst\u00e4llt franska jordbruks- och finansministerierna.
