Varf\u00f6r?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fr\u00e5gan om chaptalisering kontra tillsats av koncentrerad druvmust forts\u00e4tter att r\u00f6ra upp k\u00e4nslor i s\u00f6dra Frankrike.<\/p>\n<p>Vid Vins IGP-kongressen nyligen ondgjorde producenterna sig \u00f6ver att staten har tagit bort subventionerna f\u00f6r berikning med koncentrerad druvmust. Chaptalisering, som betyder berikning med vanligt socker, \u00e4r mycket billigare, men f\u00f6rbjudet i s\u00f6dra Frankrike. Att notera \u00e4r att f\u00f6rbudet inf\u00f6rdes f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret p\u00e5 vinproducenternas beg\u00e4ran. Allts\u00e5 \u00e4r man nu h\u00e4nvisad till den dyrare metoden, berikning med koncentrerad druvmust, tre g\u00e5nger dyrare \u00e4n socker. Men man vill inte betala vad det kostar, det ska staten g\u00f6ra. Och man tycker det \u00e4r or\u00e4ttvist att norra Frankrike f\u00e5r lov att chaptalisera. Suck.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har st\u00e4llt oss fr\u00e5gan m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger, men g\u00f6r det nu igen: <strong>Varf\u00f6r ska man beh\u00f6va berika sina viner \u00f6verhuvudtaget i s\u00f6dra Frankrike?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r det s\u00e5 att producenterna som g\u00f6r IGP-vin i Languedoc g\u00f6r det enkelt f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lva och sk\u00f6rdar vid l\u00e5g potentiell alkoholhalt (10 % \u00e4r minimum f\u00f6r en IGP Pays d\u2019Oc) och sedan berikar upp till 12-13 %? Nej, f\u00f6rbjud all berikning av vin. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00d6verallt<\/span>.
