L\u00e4s Peter Dybecks intryck h\u00e4r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haut-Bailly \u00e4r klassisk \u201dv\u00e4nstra stranden\u201d med stor andel cabernet sauvignon (\u00e4ven om andelen inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00f6g som uppe i Haut-Medoc) och g\u00f6r viner i klassisk stil, med f\u00f6rsiktig hantering av druvor, noggrann selektion, f\u00f6rsiktigt rostade fat &#8211; allt f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla frukten s\u00e5 intakt som m\u00f6jligt.
