F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 plantera nya ving\u00e5rdar m\u00e5ste man ha \u201dplanteringsr\u00e4ttigheter.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r ett gammalt system inom EU som \u00e4r kopplat till subventioner, t.ex. till att vinproducenter som inte lyckades s\u00e4lja sitt vin \u00e4nd\u00e5 fick betalt ett minimipris i form av \u201djordbruksst\u00f6d\u201d f\u00f6r det.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi anser att system b\u00f6r avskaffas, som redan \u00f6verenskommits, trots att en stark vinproducentlobby f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker bevara det.
