I s\u00f6dra Frankrike tycker man inte om chaptalisering, enligt CFVDP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bra, s\u00e4ger vi. L\u00e5t d\u00e5 bli att chaptalisera och strunta i att berika med MCR om ni inte har r\u00e5d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r man m\u00e5ste ju st\u00e4lla sig fr\u00e5gan: varf\u00f6r ska dessa producenter \u00f6verhuvudtaget berika sina viner, det m\u00e5 vara med socker eller med koncentrerad druvmust?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ver 80 % av alla vin de pays (numera IGP) finns i Languedoc-Roussillon, allts\u00e5 i en region som \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt varm f\u00f6r att ge sockerrika druvor p\u00e5 naturlig v\u00e4g. Dessutom i en tid d\u00e5 konsumenter mer och mer efterfr\u00e5gar viner med rimliga eller t o m l\u00e5ga alkoholhalter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nej, f\u00f6rbjud all berikning i s\u00f6dra Frankrike och helst \u00f6verallt annars ocks\u00e5.
