(Ibland brukar de bjuda p\u00e5 vaktel. Vi f\u00e5r se vad det blir denna g\u00e5ng.) Den andra resan \u00e4r en 100 % djupdykning i Champagne d\u00e4r det bland annat blir den ber\u00f6mda lunchen hemma hos Philipponnat, s\u00e4kerligen med den nylanserade \u00e5rg\u00e5ngen av Clos des Goisses, och bes\u00f6k bl.a. hos ber\u00f6mde Pierre Peters i Mesnil.
