Vinet \u00e4r 100 % syrah, vilket syns p\u00e5 f\u00e4rgen inte minst. Fast enligt Christine p\u00e5 Montirius s\u00e5 \u00e4r det vinets violaromer som gett namnet Les Violettes, inte f\u00e4rgen.<\/p>\n<p>Vinet har en viss fyllighet och mycket aromer men \u00e4r ganska l\u00e4tt i strukturen och kroppen. Frukten \u00e4r ren och fin, vilket \u00e4r egendomens signum.
