Villkoret \u00e4r att varorna finns p\u00e5 hyllan i den lokala butiken.<\/p>\n<p>En som v\u00e4lkomnade detta beslut var vinbonde \u00c5ke Wester p\u00e5 Westervin utanf\u00f6r Link\u00f6ping. \u00c5ke var den som en g\u00e5ng i tiden introducerade isbergssalladen till Sverige men nu har han i st\u00e4llet valt att odla vinrankor. Dessa odlar han framf\u00f6r allt i v\u00e4xthus och kan p\u00e5 det viset efterlikna det lite varmare klimat man har nere i Europa. \u201dDet \u00e4r sj\u00e4lva odlingen jag tycker om\u201d, s\u00e4ger han, \u201dannars \u00e4r jag inte s\u00e5 intresserad av vin och vinprovning\u201d. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har han hj\u00e4lp med vinifieringen av gode v\u00e4nnen Olle W\u00e4rnelius som har ett f\u00f6rflutet som vinodlare i Kalifornien.<\/p>\n<p>Vid v\u00e5rt hastiga bes\u00f6k hos Westervin f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra veckor sedan smakade vi ett vitt vin gjort p\u00e5 chardonnay och muscat ottonel. Ett trevligt tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdsvin, torrt och aromatiskt. \u00c5ke g\u00f6r tre vita viner och ett r\u00f6tt, samtliga fr\u00e5n obesprutade vindruvor.
